Meet the Breed March 2009

On March 7, 2009 Montgomery Kennel Club presented a Meet the Breed sponsored by Tractor and Supply in Millbook, Alabama. We had a wonderful turnout of Montgomery Kennel Club members and their dogs. We were there from 10-2 with some members being there the full time and others coming at designated times. Judith's Irish Wolfhound, Max, seemed to be the "Star" of the day, with jokes ranging from "Where's his saddle?" to "Hey, I didn't know they allowed horses in here!" The Manager of Tractor and Supply was very impressed at how well behaved and trained all the dog were and said he would be very happy to have us come back anytime we wanted to do another Meet the Breed. There was a steady flow of customers during the time we were there and they all seemed to enjoy meeting all of the dogs. It was a great success and I know we will take the Manager up on his invitation and go back for another Meet the Breed.
