Murphy said she and her buddies traveled to Huntsville for Thanksgiving
and the Huntsville agility trial.  She also is proud to announce that Cisco
has a new title.  With two clean jumpers runs, she received her AKC
Master Agility Jumpers title.  Mom also remembered to tell her turkey
balls and she did her teeter.  Here brother, Clipper, also showed mom
he did remember how to do twelve weaves.  --Submitted by

Murphy says Marietta was windy and cold but Cisco and Clipper loved the
weather.  Veteran’s Day was great for them.  Clipper earned his Novice
Fast Preferred title with a second place.  Cisco was not to be out done.
She earned a leg toward her Open Fast title with a second place and a
qualifying score in Excellent Jumpers with weaves.  Then a Saturday,
Cisco topped off with a third place and a leg in Open Fast giving resulting
in her receiving her Open Fast title.  She heard tell that her mommy went
and had the trial secretary check her score!  It seems as though mom
thought she had enough points even though she blew her teeter.  It
seems that they didn’t transcribe her beautiful tunnel from the scribe
sheet to the computer which made the difference between a NQ and a
Q!!  -- Submitted by

Brags from Laughing Dog Agility Trial by the Sheltie Krewe and Collie
Boys:
Murphy says she had fun. Mom and her learned a new way to run. In
addition, she got to run twice. No “Q”s but her runs were clean. But she
took up too much time talking at mom.  Her “sister”, Cisco, came home
with six “Q”s and two new titles. So now she can add some more letters
to her name – OAC (Open Agility Regular Certificate) and O-HP-N
(Outstanding Hooper Novice Certificate). She had two “Q”s in Open
Regular and in Novice Hoopers plus a “Q” in Open Tunnelers and Novice
Touch-N-Go. Her “Q”s were all first place and one second place.
Clipper, her “brother”, still insists that the judge’s timer is fast but he did
beat the timer twice!! He “Q”ed in Novice Touch-N-Go with a first place.
Plus he left the judge with a big smile on her face. The last dog on the
last run on the last day, he “Q”ed in Novice Hoopers with a first place and
a cheering judge!!

The Sheltie Krewe and CB’s2(collie boys) had a great time in Vancleave,
MS the weekend of Nov.4-6th at the Gulf Coast Chihuahua Club agility
trial. The canines enjoyed the cool weather and Cisco created her own
breeze by earning 10 first places. She had a first place in Novice Touch N
Go, Open regular, Novice Hoopers, Open Weavers, Elite Jumpers, Open
Regular, Elite Tunnelers. She also earned an Open Weavers title,
Superior Open Jumper’s title and a Superior Open Tunnelers title all with
first places.  Clipper showed that big dogs can run by earning a first
place in Novice Jumpers and an Outstanding Novice Tunnelers title with
a second place.  --Submitted by

Murphy is reporting in for the Sheltie Krewe and Collie Boys from their trip
to a dusty NADAC trial in Marietta.  She said everyone got a slow start on
Saturday.  She finally got her turn to run in tunnelers.  It was a clean run
but overtime so no “Q” but it was second place!  Clipper says he would
do great if they would slow down the clock and throw away the weaves.
All he managed was 2 fourths and 2 thirds.  Cisco said she was getting
tired of “A” frame/tunnel discriminations – despite all of that she “Q”ed
with a 1st in her 1st open weavers run!  Then she “Q”ed in jumpers with
a 3rd.  She finished off the day with a “Q” in tunnelers and 2nd place.

Sunday was a lot better for everyone but her – she was so excited she
didn’t listen to mom so mom carried her off the course.  Cisco said she
listened to mom and came home with a “Q” and 2nd place in Touch-N-
Go plus her Outstanding Touch-N-Go Novice title.  In Chances, she got
her “A” frame/tunnel discrimination right and came home with a “Q” and
her Outstanding Chances Novice title.  Cisco said she wasn’t done yet –
a “Q” and 3rd place in Open tunnelers plus a “Q” and 1st place in Open
jumpers.

Clipper said he finally beat that “fast” clock on his and mom’s last run of
the day and “Q”ed with a 2nd place in Novice jumpers.  -- Submitted by

Brags from the Sheltie Krewe and Collie Boys trip to Franklin. TN for the
September NADAC trial.

Murphy says she got to play.  On Saturday, she ran in Tunnelers and was
only a little over course time.  Then on Sunday, she showed Cisco she
could do her one better!  She did all her tests correctly in Hoopers but
was a little over time.  Cisco goofed on one test!

Clipper says the tunnels were fun and he “Q”ed twice in Tunnelers.  He
had some good runs but mom and he were slow or the judge’s watch
was fast!

Cisco says she had a great time this weekend.  She received five “Q”s
with three first places and two second places.  In addition, she earned
two new NADAC titles.  She earned her Outstanding Open Jumpers
Certificate and her Superior Novice Weavers Certificate.  -- Submitted by

Cisco is reporting in for the Sheltie Krewe and Collie Boys:
Everyone had a great time on their travels to Murfreesboro and back.
Clipper and her had a great  time at the agility trial. She showed mom on
Friday that they could do weaves and “Q”ed with another leg toward her
MXJ. Saturday she showed mom that she could do the teeter even
though it was on the second try. On Sunday, she was running clean and
fast when she came upon the teeter. She ran half way up the teeter and
paused; mom reminded her about “turkey balls” and she remembered
exactly what to do to “finish” the teeter and head for the next obstacle.
Cisco “Q”ed and earned a fourth place in her standard with a leg toward
her MX. Clipper said weaves were “poohee”. But contacts were great. He
didn’t  “Q” but he was running very close to course time – sometimes
over, sometimes under, but always within 2 seconds.

The Sheltie Krewe and Collie Boys have another brag. Despite the long
days, hot building, and judges that rotated around, we all had a great
time especially when the rains came and cooled us down. Cisco says
Clipper had a couple of good runs but he refused to do his weaves so no
“Q”s. But she would like to have mom remember to stand up straight and
run through to the end on the weaves. When mom remembers then her
weaves are great. She had several good runs but her last run was her
best run. She came out of the tunnel, did her teeter and then proceeded
to do the weaves without missing a beat. So she, Cisco, had a “Q” in her
last run which was a standard run. --Submitted by
